Dr. Allison Johnson brings a rare and powerful blend of leadership, service, and deep local knowledge to the Charleston real estate market. With a Doctorate in Health Science specializing in Organizational Leadership and Behaviors, she applies strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills to every real estate transaction — all while putting people first.
Before real estate, Allison spent eight years excelling in healthcare operations, sales, and marketing, particularly within the luxury senior living space. She is also a licensed Residential Care Administrator and Nursing Home Administrator. Her background makes her especially well-equipped to guide seniors and families through life transitions with empathy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
A fourth-generation Charlestonian, Allison’s connection to the Lowcountry runs deep. She serves on the board of the Low Country Senior Network, where she supports initiatives to enhance the lives of Charleston’s aging population. She also proudly serves in the Army National Guard as a Sergeant and interior electrician, and brings craftsmanship into her personal life as a custom closet builder and Sweetgrass Basket Maker, honoring her family's cultural heritage.
Allison lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband, a Citadel graduate and military service member, and their three young children — a five-year-old son and three-year-old twins. Together, they’re deeply rooted in the Charleston community. She is also an active member of Lord of Harvest Church and enjoys gardening and time with family.
