Events @ The Oswald Group

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, all Attendees agree to release The Oswald Group (“TOG”) from all liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, or any other type of loss or damage arising out of or related to the Event, howsoever caused, including, but not limited to, the negligence of TOG. Each attendee voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from or related in any way to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. Each Attendee acknowledges and agrees that TOG and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and servants are not responsible or liable for any damages to Attendee or third parties that result from the consumption of alcohol by Attendee or others, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium. Should any Attendee consume alcohol at the Event, such Attendee acknowledges and agrees that Attendee is solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by Attendee or that Attendee may cause to third parties as a result of said consumption, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium. Each Attendee understands that Attendees at the Event may be photographed or videotaped. To the fullest extent allowed by law, each Attendee waives all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval for any such likeness or use of Attendee’s name in connection with the such likeness, and grants TOG permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness in publications or other media material produced by TOG. Any Attendee who does not wish to have their likeness or name used in connection with the Event should make their wishes known to the photographer and/or the Event organizers.
